Our approach to sustainability is rooted in everyday decisions — choices about materials, processes, tools and partners.

Material durability

We select quality materials designed to last. A well-fitted titanium or Thermotec earmould lasts longer — that means less waste and fewer unnecessary remakes.

Optimised production

3D printing reduces material waste compared with traditional subtractive techniques. Every piece is manufactured with exactly the amount of material required.

Reduced transport

The Smart Optics scanner removes the need to post physical ear impressions for digital orders — fewer parcels, less packaging and lower emissions.

Long-term vision

We do not treat sustainability as a cost, but as an investment. This responsible approach also meets the growing expectations of our hearing care partners.

Care and longevity

We offer suitable care products to extend the life of earmoulds. A well-maintained piece is a piece that does not need to be remade.

Human commitment

Sustainability also starts with people. Our team of 10 works in respectful conditions, with ergonomic tools and regular training.
