What is the delivery lead time for custom earmoulds?
4 working days from receipt of the ear impression. With the Smart Optics scanner, this lead time can be reduced by a further 1 to 2 days.
How do I send an ear impression?
By post (physical impression) to our address in Berchem-Sainte-Agathe, or digitally via the Smart Optics scanner from your practice.
Can I have my logo printed on the earmoulds?
Yes, printing your practice logo is included free of charge in the price of every earmould, including multicolour logos. Send the file to info@jiholabo.be.
