Made from your patient's ear impression, our custom earmoulds ensure a perfect fit, optimum seal and long-lasting wearing comfort. Every piece is produced using high-resolution 3D printing, then hand-finished in our workshop in Belgium.

Custom-made from an ear impression, our hearing protection fits each user's anatomy precisely. Available in silicone, resin or Thermotec depending on use — with calibrated filters for each sound environment, compliant with the DIN EN 352 standard.

How to order

From ear impression to delivery, in 4 steps

A simple, transparent process designed for hearing care professionals.

Ear impression
The hearing care professional takes a physical ear impression or digitises it with the Smart Optics scanner for direct transfer, saving 1 to 2 days.

3D scanning
We scan the ear impression and model the piece in 3D, adjusted to the requested product type.

Printing & finishing
Printing is carried out in high resolution. Every piece is then polished and checked by hand.

Fast delivery
Dispatch within 4 working days for custom earmoulds, 1 week for hearing protection.
