Information collected
This website collects information only through its contact forms. The fields concerned are: the name or practice name, the email address, the subject of the enquiry, the message, and the browsing language. Nothing is collected without the visitor knowing, and no health data is requested.
Purpose
This information is used solely to handle and answer the enquiry. It is never used for unsolicited marketing and is never sold.
Legal basis
Processing relies on steps taken at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and on Jiholabo's legitimate interest in answering the professional enquiries addressed to it (Article 6(1)(f)).
Retention period
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them, then for three years from the last exchange, so that the professional relationship can be followed up. After that they are deleted.
Recipients
The information is processed by the Jiholabo staff who need it. It is not passed on to any third party for commercial purposes and is not transferred outside the European Union.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no cookies. It uses no analytics tool, no advertising tracker and no embedded content from a third-party service. A consent banner is therefore unnecessary: there is nothing to consent to.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, every person has the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection to processing, as well as the right to data portability. These rights can be exercised by email to info@jiholabo.be or by post to the address above.
Complaints
Anyone who believes that the processing of their data does not comply with the regulation may lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority — Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels.
